Mark Stanger
VFX and Character Animator
Mark Stanger is an award-winning character and creature animator with over 20 years industry experience. Since 2009, Mark has worked at Weta Digital as an animator on such ground-breaking productions as Avatar, Tintin, The Avengers, The Hobbit trilogy, The Planet of the Apes films and Gemini Man. Prior to that Mark had extensive experience as an animator and animation supervisor on Emmy, VES and Annie award-winning animated television programs. Along with his work in production Mark also teaches animation as part of the Masters of Design Technology Program at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
